Featuring Malvira Winery from Piedmont Italy

Malvira uses all estate fruit from many appellations in the Piedmont but mainly Roero, north of Alba.

An all Organic Winery using only native yeasts, Malvira also leads the region in sustainable farming.

This is a Cocktail Style Event to Enjoy Wine Paired with the Raw Bar & House-Made Charcuterie. Stations of food accompanied by their wine pairing will be found around the restaurant property with seating both in and out doors (weather permitting).
